Some cultures slice the ginger with the grain to candy it, creating a more pungent heat to the finished candy. The ginger we dip is cut against the grain, creating a “coin” and a very tender ginger flavor, further enhanced by the Venezuelan 61% semi-sweet chocolate each piece receives. All placed in a clear bag to show your mouth a good time.
