Chef was able to score a limited edition run of vintage-look reproduction tin Easter eggs, and has packed them with so many Easter treats! A leaping vintage Easter Bunny, an ounce of mini Easter colored nonpareils, a foil wrapped hazelnut “hen” and a foil wrapped milk chocolate praline carrot umbrella. Each “menagerie” of Easter treats is carefully wrapped and finished with a ribbon and bow.
Bunny Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans.
Foil Wrapped Hen: (Pralin (hazelnuts, sugar) sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa paste, vegetable fat (sunflower, shea), lactose, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla-extract.
Foil Wrapped Carrot Umbrella: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa paste, lactose and milk proteins, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla extract
Nonpareils: sugar, cornstarch, confection’s glaze, carnauba wax, FD&C COLORS (Blue #1, Red #3, Yellow #5, Yellow #6).
