At Wm Poole Confections, we create small-batch fine chocolates and confections from sustainably sourced, fair-trade ingredients.
We believe our products are only as good as the ingredients used to make them. For this reason, where we get our ingredients and the social conditions under which they were produced are paramount. We only work with suppliers that:
- Provide Fair Trade certified cacao.
- Practice honorable sourcing.
- Do not tolerate illegal practices, including child labor or unsafe working conditions for any member of the farming family where the cacao is grown and processed.
- Actively work to remediate gender inequality in the cacao growing regions.
- Are committed to agroforestry and sustainable farming practices.
